Kayla Klita began dancing at the age of 2, and Ukrainian dancing at 6 years old, when she joined the Cheremosh School of Dance.

She successfully auditioned for the school’s Academy Program in 2018, and continued to train, compete, and perform in the program for six years. While at Cheremosh she performed at various events such as UFest, Deep Freeze, and BRAVO. Kayla joined the Shumka School of Dance in 2024 and completed her grade nine year before auditioning for Studia Shumka.

Outside of the studio, Kayla is currently a grade eleven student, and has a passion for sewing. She plans to pursue sewing in her post-secondary education by studying costume design.
