Cayden Boyce began his dance career at Shumka School of Dance in 2018 after deciding that hockey was not the right fit for him. His mother introduced him to Ukrainian dance and served as an inspiration as she was a dancer in her youth. His passion for dance grew and continues to grow everyday.

In 2024 he successfully auditioned for Studia Shumka and is currently a junior instructor with Shumka School of Dance. As he continues to develop as a dancer, he aspires to one day join Shumka.
