File Submission Guidelines

• To ensure your advertisement looks its best in the printed program, follow these guidelines:
• Submit high-resolution files in JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats in the noted dimensions only.
• Include all relevant text, images, and logos.
• Content must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
• Recommended resolution: 300 dpi.

Payment Options

• For cheque payments, you may either drop them off in person or mail them. Cheques should be made payable to “Ukrainian Shumka Dancers.” Please place cheques in an envelope and be sure to clearly state the name of the dance club, either on the envelope itself or in an accompanying note. Address the envelope as follows: Shumka Dance Centre: 10515 111 Street NW Edmonton, AB T5H 3E8.

• For e-transfer payments, fees should be sent to darka.tarnawsky@shumka.com. Please include a message that clearly states the name of the organization and intended purpose of the payment to ensure proper tracking of your payment.
