Natasha began her dance career at Shumka School of Dance at the age of three. Natasha joined the School’s Intensive Division, taking on new dance styles, including Contemporary and Ballet. Natasha’s passion for dance continued to expand and gave her many opportunities to perform and learn new steps. Natasha continued to develop her skills and was introduced to pointe work. In 2018, she passed her RAD Intermediate Ballet Exam. Natasha’s love and passion for instructing began in 2015, becoming a certified Instructor with the Shumka Dance Syllabus Academy. In 2018, Natasha graduated Grade 9 from Shumka School of Dance and had completed all nine of her syllabus exams. Natasha is currently dancing with the Ukrainian Shumka Dancers. Natasha is a student at the University of Alberta and her fourth year of her Bachelor of Science Degree. The 2023/2024 year will be her eighth -year teaching at the Shumka School.
