Maxim started dancing when he was four years old with the Shumka School of Dance. He might not have always wanted to go but once he was there, he always enjoyed himself.

Maxim was excited to have the opportunity to dance with Shumka in Clara’s Dream and the 30th Anniversary of Classic Hopak. He really enjoyed the BIG stage and LARGE audiences.

By the age of 14, it became his dream to audition and dance for Shumka, which came true in the spring of 2025.

Maxim’s other interests include dirt biking, hockey, football, and golfing.
