Mark Rachmistruk began his dance career at the age of 5 at Dance Unlimited, under the instruction of Douglas Rachinski. At the age of 13, Mark joined the Shumka School of Dance. When Mark graduated from the SSD program, he then continuing his dance journey with Studia Shumka. Mark is excited to join the Ukrainian Shumka Dancers as an apprentice, and continue the legacy of his mother and grandmother. Mark is currently a student in grade 12, and also enjoys sports and currently plays high school football. Mark plans to pursue a career in business and law after graduating from high school. He looks forward to the upcoming opportunities and experiences with Shumka.
