Kieran Waller began her dance training at the age of three. She started to train competitively at the age of six in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, lyrical and acro. Throughout her years of competitive dance,she received multiple scholarships to expand hertraining via intensive programs in New York, Las Vegas, Hawaii, LA, Greece and locally throughout Alberta and BC.

Kieran was first introduced to Ukrainian dance at the age of seven and quickly fell in love with the style and culture. She trained at Dance Unlimited under the direction of Doug Rachinski for six years before moving to the Shumka School of Dance to complete her training.

Kieran has completed exams in ballet (RAD Primary through Advanced 1), Ukrainian (Shumka Syllabus Grade 3 through Grade 9) and Acrobatic Arts (Grade 3 through Grade 5).

Kieran is currently in high school but is planning to continue her dance education and is excited about her apprenticeship with Shumka.
