Julianna Shukalek’s dance journey began at the age of 5 with the Shumka School of Dance. After having the opportunity to be a part of Shumka’s Nutcracker twice in the past, she knew one day she wanted to end up in Shumka. In June of 2019 she was accepted into the company and now is dancing alongside her sister Alyssa Shukalek. Julianna is honoured to be a part of the 60th Anniversary Tour being that it is such an important milestone for Shumka. She is very excited to have the opportunity to travel and perform in different cities across Canada. Julianna is currently an instructor with the Shumka School of Dance and hopes to inspire young dancers the same way she was.
