Since the age of four, Abigail’s love for Ukrainian dancing has been a vibrant part of her life. Dancing with the Avrora Ukrainian Dancers in Fort McMurray followed by the Shumka School of Dance as a child she knew the Ukrainian Shumka dancers was where she wanted to be. After a year in Studia Shumka, Abigail has now been dancing with Shumka since the summer of 2023. She has been fortunate to take part in the world premiere of UKRAINKA in 2024 and excited to be a part of Nutcrackers and future Shumka productions. Abigail is currently attending the University of Alberta working towards her degree in Psychology while she plans to travel more with any available time she gets.
