Ukrainian dance has been a part of Malia’s life for as long as she can remember. She began dancing at the age of 3, and later started ballet training when she was 11, along with other dance disciplines such as jazz and contemporary. In 2020 she joined Studia Shumka and was able to dance and train with the group for three years. Malia has also been lucky enough to travel to Ukraine twice in the past, which made her love and appreciate her culture even more.

She just recently completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Production at MacEwan University.
